At Happiesta, we stand by the quality of our toys. Because we cannot offer cash refunds, our policy is exchange-only. Please review the details below to understand how to proceed if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase.
2. No Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not provide cash refunds, store credit, or gift vouchers.
- Once an order is confirmed and payment processed, it cannot be canceled for a refund.
3. Exchange-Only Policy
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Eligible exchanges include:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective products
- Change of mind (unused, in original packaging)

4. Exceptional Cases
While refunds aren’t available, we’ll make exceptions in these rare scenarios:

5. How to Request an Exchange

- Prepare Your Package
- Retain original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Print and include the exchange form we email you.

- We inspect upon receipt and email you within 2 business days.
- Receive Replacement
- Approved exchanges ship within 3–5 business days; you’ll get tracking details.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You bear return shipping costs for non-defective/item-change exchanges.
- Use a trackable courier; Happiesta isn’t liable for lost return shipments.
- Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
