At Happiesta, we stand by the quality of our toys. Because we cannot offer cash refunds, our policy is exchange-only. Please review the details below to understand how to proceed if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase.

2. No Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not provide cash refunds, store credit, or gift vouchers.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment processed, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

3. Exchange-Only Policy

If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Eligible exchanges include:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Change of mind (unused, in original packaging)

5. How to Request an Exchange

  2. Prepare Your Package
    • Retain original packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Print and include the exchange form we email you.

  1. Inspection & Confirmation
    • We inspect upon receipt and email you within 2 business days.
  2. Receive Replacement
    • Approved exchanges ship within 3–5 business days; you’ll get tracking details.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You bear return shipping costs for non-defective/item-change exchanges.
  • Use a trackable courier; Happiesta isn’t liable for lost return shipments.
  • Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
