7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed at the time of Order placement.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within India.
Delivery timelines vary by location; estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.
Title and risk pass to you upon handover to the courier.

9. Return & Exchange Policy

We maintain an exchange-only policy—no refunds or store credit.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours qualify for free exchange and return shipping

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by Happiesta and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and download for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

11. User Conduct
